1. Visakhapatnam to Host International Fleet review (IFR), a big time naval exercise at Ramakrishna Beach.

 

• 50 foreign delegations are participating in it.
• This was country’s second IFR.
• Theme – United through Oceans.
• 50 navies, 90 ships participated
• First IFR was held at Mumbai in 2001
• Event was 5 day long
• Dolphin was chosen as the mascot of IFR-2016

3. Large Scale Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) exercise of Indian Navy – Lakshadweep
